Found Objects: a gathering of people, moments, experiences or things that are found and sometimes brought together, and kept because of some intrinsic interest the holder sees in it.

BENEFITS OF ARTS THERAPY
Arts therapy offers a holistic approach to supporting individuals by improving emotional well-being, mental health, and social confidence. It provides a safe space for self-expression, helping people process emotions, reduce stress, and build self-esteem. Through creative activities, arts therapy enhances cognitive skills, problem-solving, and fine motor skills whilst also promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
Arts therapy fosters personal growth and identity exploration, empowering individuals to navigate challenges and build resilience. The adaptable, person-centred approach makes it accessible and effective for diverse populations, supporting improved communication, independence, and overall quality of life.

Arts Therapy can support emotional expression and regulation, enhance self esteem and self confidence, process trauma safely, cognitive development and mental health support strategies.
You don't need to be an artist or art maker to benefit from arts therapy, just a willingness to try.

The activities she has suggested are creatively freeing with loose parameters that encourage participants to enjoy the creative process without constraint. Post session I felt engaged and calmer with the feeling of creating something personal of meaning for myself. EN, Group Participant
