Mental Health Clinician and Arts Therapist
As a former designer and product manager, I have experienced the challenges of a high pressure workplace that is focussed on kpi’s. This pressure can impact productivity, confidence, resilience, engagement, culture and job satisfaction. Retraining in arts therapy and mental health, I now support individuals and teams who are experiencing challenges in the workplace that impact their professional and personal life. My passion lies in engaging with people, their unique stories and diverse experience, fostering a spirit of curiosity within a therapeutic space. My intention is to create a safe, non-judgemental, person-centred space for clients to explore their professional and personal goals.
